Since 2022, I have been working at a visual collaboration tool, a SaaS company, where I am responsible for owning the development and optimization of the lifecycle marketing process, ensuring that marketers on the team work effectively on the systems they use.

FOOD DELIVERY
Between 2021-2022, I was working at the Global HQ of one of the largest food delivery marketplaces in the world. This was my first stint managing rewards and loyalty-based lifecycle strategies, in the gig economy. I also pivoted to working closely with the Product (Tech) team as the owner of Mobile Marketing Channels.
I am not a Digital Marketer. I am just a Marketer in a Digital world.
WINE & BEVERAGES
Between 2020 and 2021, I worked at an American-owned French wine estate and wine education platform, kind of like "Netflix for Wine". I build, enhance and animate the customer journey flows, across the web app and the email space.
Channel agnosticism is my mantra. It doesn't matter what channel you use to engage the customer, you should engage the customer.


PRESTIGE BEAUTY
Between 2017 and 2020, I worked at the European HQ, in Paris, of a leading Prestige Beauty Group based in New York City. I used multiple CRM & CXM strategies to grow business across brands and countries represented in the portfolio.
Every strategy was based on data, because without data it is just speculation.
